Our story
A neighbourhood brokerage, on purpose
Independent since day one. No franchise fee, no head office to answer to, no quota that outranks the person in front of us.
Big-brand real estate runs on volume: more agents, more doors, more churn. We built Choice Homes Realty to run on the opposite, a deliberately small roster where every agent is known to the broker of record, every file gets senior eyes, and most new clients arrive because someone we helped sent them.
From our office in Mississauga we work the four cities we know street by street, Toronto, Brampton, Markham and Mississauga, helping families buy their first home, sell the one they raised their kids in, and everything between.

Tomy leads Choice Homes Realty as Broker of Record, with years of experience across the Greater Toronto Area's residential and investment markets. He built the brokerage around a simple standard: clients get straight answers, full attention, and an agent who acts like the money at stake is their own.
He personally oversees every transaction that moves through the office, and stays hands-on with clients from the first conversation to the day the keys change hands.
