What we collect
When you contact us, request a valuation, book a viewing or sign up for listing alerts, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, and details about the property you're buying, selling or renting. If we represent you in a transaction, we also collect the information required to complete it, identification as required under FINTRAC rules, financial details relevant to the deal, and transaction documents.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide real estate services, send you listings and market updates you've asked for, and meet our legal obligations as a registered Ontario brokerage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information is shared only where a transaction requires it, with lawyers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors and the real estate boards through which listings are processed, or where the law requires disclosure.
Email and alerts
Listing alerts and market updates are sent only to people who request them. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and retention
Transaction records are retained as required by the Trust in Real Estate Services Act and Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) regulations. Inquiry information that doesn't lead to a transaction is kept only as long as needed to serve you.
Your rights
